The rental department, or war room, is the heart of the company. Housed in this room are four rental agents, two per department, who have over a century of combined production and rental experience. Also seated in this room are the credit manager and his assistants. The rental and credit departments can easily keep track of entire orders (not just cameras or lighting or grip), as the orders pass through the stages of initial bids to final contracts.
The experience of the rental agents, and their ability to communicate easily, helps to ensure that a client's equipment order will be processed expediently, and that the order will meet that client's needs - even in cases where the client has ordered incompatible or insufficient equipment.
